Chief Guest Speaker the Hon. C Y Leung, former Chief Executive of the HKSAR and vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference where he spoke about educational and investment opportunities for the Indian community in the Nansha district of the Greater Bay Area.
